RIHLAH (“we”, “our”) provides shuttle management software for organizations. This policy applies to the RIHLAH Passenger and RIHLAH Driver mobile applications.

Information we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, organization membership, profile photo (optional)
• Bookings: routes, schedules, seat reservations, boarding records
• Location: when you allow it — for pickup, live shuttle tracking (passengers), or sharing driver position while Online (drivers)
• Device: push notification tokens, app version, basic diagnostics
• Support: messages and attachments you send through the app

How we use information

• Operate shuttle booking, boarding, and live tracking for your organization
• Send ride and account notifications
• Improve reliability and security
• Respond to support requests

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with your organization administrators, other users as needed for the service (for example, driver location to waiting passengers), and infrastructure providers (hosting, maps) under contract.

Retention

Data is kept while your account is active and as required by your organization and applicable law.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on secured cloud infrastructure with access controls.

Your choices

• You can deny location or camera permissions; some features may not work
• Contact your organization or us to request account deletion where applicable

Children

The service is intended for users authorized by participating organizations. Organizations are responsible for consent where required.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
